We have been established since January 2004 and are based in the small town of Arriate, close to Ronda, in Andalucia, Southern Spain.

We offer inland and coastal properties for sale and to rent mainly in the Serrania de Ronda, Andalucia and the Costa del Sol.

Before you buy the property we can introduce you to a reputable lawyer, help you obtain your paper work (i.e. NIE non resident tax number) and a bank account. Once the house has been purchased for an additional small charge we will help you change the electricity, gas and water etc.

We can also help our buyers and long term tenants to settle down in the area. You may need help with schools, translation, paper work at the town hall, building quotes, banks, lawyers, doctors etc.
