generating 4 megawatts of power each. The finca itself has a self-supporting wind/solar renewable energy system,
although a grid connection is also possible.

Architectural plans have already been drawn up for a rural hotel and the land has been granted a ‘caza mayor’ for
hunting pursuits. This could be a great opportunity given that Ronda is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Spain.
