Outside the fenced area is a 1600m2 piece of land with separate access which with planning permission could accommodate a further two houses.

The guest annex has an attractive front patio with double doors leading directly into a dining room with two utility rooms leading off it, then on through into a large lounge area with access to a small internal patio. A fitted rustic style kitchen completes the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms both with exposed wooden beamed ceilings and an inter-connecting bathroom. All the rooms have colonial ceiling fans and attractive tiled floors.Two additional double bedrooms and a shower room are situated across the landing from the annex and have views to the pool and mountains respectively. These provide additional guest accommodation when required.

The main house entrance leads into a hallway with two inter-connecting ground floor bedrooms to the left. Straight ahead is a compact traditional kitchen with a corridor leading past a full bathroom down into the main dining room. To the left of the dining room is a large lounge with corner fireplace and also stairs up to a sunny terrace with great views of the surrounding countryside. Double patio doors lead from the lounge out onto the patio and pool area. Another walled patio is accessed from the dining area together with further storage and an animal shed.
